Aside from Anna, this place isn’t worth visiting. I have a credit with them but who knows what I’ll be refunded I don’t even know what I have coming to me at this point it could be whatever she feels is fair. I am displeased to think that the customer isn’t right the customer isn’t worth the effort of reaching out to. Clearly they make their monies elsewhere now and no longer need the original clientele they once had. If the owner had read the messages OR seen that I physically have conversed 3x on the phone in 2019 with her staff, perhaps she’d have seen things for the real truth. She chose to stand beside whomever is working for her, it seems like I deal with a different person constantly. Not once did the owner, Summer, ever reach out and ask what was happening, if anything. I inquired 2-3 more times on Facebook messenger and was ignored. I even told the young lady it wasn’t a big deal I’ll rebook for whenever they would be back in Ft. I was not abrasive in any way, I have witnesses to this. I explain to her my lunch was from 12 to 1, that I had traded lunch hours that day for my 12 noon appointment, there was no way coming in at 12:45 I could return to work by 1 PM. When I told her I couldn’t make it at 12:45 and explain the reason why, she said “it’s only a 45 min difference, you can’t make it?!?” with an attitude. I got my phone call the day prior for what was booked as a 12 noon appt, the young gal on the phone told me they somehow double booked and I needed to come 12:45. October I had an appt, just started a new job in Mohave Valley. In September, I was in an vehicle accident and immediately reached out to them to inform them there was no way I was going to make it that day, could I rebook, I expressed my regrets or remorse, it wasn’t an issue. In May, I scheduled an appt for June 2019 prior to our trip to Hawaii, the appt was never made. 3x this year, I have had appointments, showed up & been told to come back as I was ‘too early’ only to be called and asked to come back as the staff was ‘seeing the wrong time for my appointment.” I overlooked that and went back. This is not the first time we have heard this in your regard.” Most of my dealing with this business are done via Facebook messenger. She felt you were very rude to her and she felt disrespected. The last incidence was a conversation with one of the RN's when you missed your appt. My staff have felt very disrespected in the past by you. Terminated as a patient for and I’ll quote what the owner stated “ I flagged your file to no longer book appts with us.
